How do I order from Anajáz Teas?

Visit our Anajáz Teas shop. We've made it easy for you to find your favorite teas, either by Flavor or Category. When you find a tea you'd like to purchase, simply click on the Add to Basket button. When you are finished shopping, click on Checkout in the menu.

Do I have to register to order from Anajáz Teas?

Yes, for the security and safety of your information, we require customers to register for an account. You can choose a password which protects your account. In addition, when you register, we'll save your shipping info so you don't have to retype this each time you order. No credit card or payment information is stored by Anajáz Teas, so you can rest assured that your financial information remains confidential. This does mean you will have to enter payment information after each order, though.

What is the Anajaz Teas Return Policy?

We offer our customers the finest of teas and we stand behind the quality of our tea. We realize occasionally that customers may want to return a product, so we offer a 100% 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with an Anajáz Teas product for any reason, you may return the unused portion of the product to Anajáz Teas, within 30 calendar days from date of purchase, for either a product replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. Anajáz Teas will refund your purchase price or replace the product return. We can only accept returns when:

• The unused product is returned to Anajáz Teas
• The product must be received by the Anajáz Teas within 30 calendar days your purchase
• Please provide us with 1)a short, written statement with your signature letting us know the reason for your return 2) a copy of the completed original retail sales receipt, and 3) the unused portion of the product is in its original packaging.
• Proper shipping carton (s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested.
• Anajáz Teas will pay the shipping cost of the replacement product(s).

What is PayPal? Do I need to sign up for a PayPal account?

PayPal is an easy, free and secure site that allows us to accept online payments. Over 100 million people worldwide use PayPal for online purchases, making it one of the top Internet payment sites. Like many online retailers, Anajáz Teas uses PayPal for our checkout system because it's trustworthy and simple to use.

You do not need to sign up for PayPal account to pay with PayPal. Simply scroll down to the "Don't Have a PayPal Account" section and click on Continue. You can now pay using your credit card. There are no fees or surcharges. And you get the security of using a secure site with a secure payment system.

How long does it take for my tea to arrive?

It takes approximately 2-3 days for your order to be processed, and then 4-7 business days for the tea to be shipped.

How much caffeine is there in tea?

Tea generally has about half as much caffeine as coffee. The different types of tea also have different levels of caffeine. Black Tea is the strongest (23 - 110 mg), followed by Oolong Tea (12 - 55 mg). Green Tea (8 - 36 mg) and White Tea (6 – 25 mg) have even less caffeine.
